Sharing Recipes: Fried Tofu a la Pi-Pa

Fried Tofu a la Pi-Pa
Ingredients:
1 piece out of water, finely chopped
50 g shrimp, peeled, chopped
1 piece hioko mushrooms, chopped
10 g green onion, thinly sliced
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour miazena
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tablespoon corn starch

Sauce:
20 g of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1 tsp sesame oil
75 g pakchoy, blansir
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar


How to make:
Mix the know, shrimp, mushrooms and green onions with salt 1/2 teaspoon, pepper 1/2 teaspoon, chicken broth, sesame oil, and egg stir until evenly distributed.
Add 1 tablespoon of sago, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, wheat flour 1/2 tbsp in one direction and then stirred until uniform.
Fried dough out to form a round memnajang until browned and dry both sides. Remove and drain.
sauce:
Cook the chicken broth 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, sugar 1/2 teaspoon, until boiling.
Add a little then add the sago so thick black soy sauce. Lift.
Place tofu in a bowl, give pakchoy, pour the gravy.
Serve warm.
