Share Recipe: Asparagus Scrambled |
150 g green asparagus, cleaned, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed, chopped
30 g onions, sliced
Butit 2 eggs, beat well
½ tsp black peppercorns, crushed slightly softer
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
How to make:
Boil the asparagus briefly in boiling water until wilted. Drain.
Saute garlic and onion until wilted.
Set aside to the edge of the pan. Pour the beaten eggs, stirring until a large clot.
Add the asparagus and other seasonings. Stir until blended.
Remove and serve hot.
